ESOL CLASSES (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
(561) 241-2265 6pm-8pm
ESOL classes offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced - Conversation, Listening,
Reading, and Grammar. Prepare for college, technical school, workplace
advancement, or personal achievement. Registration and placement test: Monday-
Thursday from 6:00pm-8:00pm and will be held in the media center.
Requirement of residency status is needed for tuition purposes

SUBSTITUTE TEACHER TRAINING -
Learn the skills and techniques to
successfully manage classroom/behavior situation. Eligibility: A day-to-day substitute
is a temporary employee who works on an as needed basis. An official transcript(s)
reflecting a minimum of 30 semester hours of college credit is required. 6:00-9:00 pm
on the following dates: Sept. 6 & 7, Oct. 4 & 5, Nov. 1 & 2, Dec. 6 & 7.
Register in the Adult & Community Education office between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.
Monday-Thursdays, $20.00/class.
SAT PREPARATION -
Marty Feldman’s SAT Prep is a course consisting of
sessions geared toward learning specific strategies to succeed on the new SAT.
Students will improve their content knowledge while learning vital test-taking skills.
