Introduction to QuickBooks accounting system for small businesses. Students will obtain working knowledge of debits, credits, entries to journals, posting to ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, trial balance, financial statements, income statement, statement of capital.

A personal trainer by profession, Lydia offers an intense workout of step choreography. Guaranteed to challenge your muscles and stamina. Beginners welcome.
Body Sculpting: This body shaping class is designed to tone, strengthen and define your body using your own body weight and/or dumbbells. A breakdown of the proper way to isolate each muscle group is given in this workout. This is a head to toe workout of toning and strengthening. All fitness levels are welcome.
Cardio Kettlebell
Students will perform basic swings using a kettlebell while increasing heart rate and entire body strength. The trainer will target specific muscle groups in a specific organized format, and infuse cardio movements to burn fat and tone muscle. All kettlebells of various sizes will be provided. Students should bring water and a towel.
Jungdo
Jungdo is a fast-paced, high energy martial arts class incorporating some Judo, Hapkido, Ikido, with traditional Tae Kwon Do as its base art. In the process of learning blocking, kicking and punching techniques, you will sweat away excess inches, learn to push through boundaries you only thought were there, and build a stronger sense of self-confidence.
Pilates
The Pilates method is a sequence of exercises performed on the mat. This method is concentrates on the concepts of awareness, balance, breath, centering, concentration, control flowing movement and precision. Increase lung capacity, circulation, long lean muscles, and improved flexibility and posture.
Volleyball - Coed
Beginner/Intermediate Men and Women. Beginners will be on one net; Intermediate on another. Coached for beginners. Get a workout and meet some new people.
